The Nebula Awards® are annual awards presented by Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America to celebrate excellence in science fiction and fantasy writing.
Paolo Bacigalupi led the list of winners of the 2009 Nebula Awards announced over the weekend (suitably at Cape Canaveral), winning the Best Novel prize for The Windup Girl.
