Teen Tech Month 2015

Nationally libraries celebrate Teen Tech WEEK in March... but we've got so much planned, we couldn't pack it into just one week!!

We have cooked up a super-fun bingo card for Teen Tech Month that introduces teens to new technology as well as using the technology that they already use and love. Teens can win a basket of goodies just for playing bingo with us.

We have also mashed Teen Tech Month and Wednesday Night Events to offer teens a bunch of fun programming this month:
  • March 4 - Game Night... Cribbage! We look forward to introducing the game to novices as well as to offer some "friendly" competition for experienced players.
  • March 11 - Journal Group... last month we wrote about travel, and this month the prompts are all about Spring! If you haven't come before, you're welcome to come with your journal, or make a new one to get started on this journey of journaling.
  • March 18 - Crafter-evening... An Eleanor and Park-inspired cassette tape mini journal. Please register for this event at the 3rd floor.
  • March 25 - Spring Break Crafternoon... Low-Tech bookmarks. Please register for this event at the 3rd floor.
  • March 26 - Skype with YA author Robison Wells
Most programs begin at 7pm, except for March 25 Crafternoon that begins at 2pm.
You can call 612-8462 or email jhentzen@ifpl.org to register for these events

See you in the Library!

I'm fond of reading, I have a lot of printed books, but now I prefer to read on my e-book, it's more comfortable. Some time later I make some priority, I let a top essays do my academic papers, and I find more time for my hobby. Really appreciate it.
